Plaza Bunnies March 26 - April 29 at the Country Club Plaza: The Plaza Bunnies and Wonderland Animals make their annual spring appearance. Mermaid and Pomona Courtyards are home to a lively collection of Wonderland Animals for children to play on, while the Easter bunnies line the Plaza’s sidewalks. Northland:
- Easter Egg Hunt: The Village at Burlington Creek March 30 from 11am-2pm at The Village at Burlington Creek, 6300 N Revere Dr, Kansas City, MO (in the newly-developed green area near Em Chamas Brazilian Grill). Free, fun, festive event for the entire family! Visit with the Easter Bunny, Inflatable Obstacle Course, Face Painting, Cookie Decorating, Balloon Twister and Crafts. Children up to age 10 can hunt for fun-filled Easter eggs (by age group): Ages 0 - 3 - 11:00 am - 12:00 pm,. Ages 4 - 6 - 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm. Ages 7 - 10 - 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm.
Southland:
- Easter Egg Dive: Grandview Apr. 6 from 9-11am at The View, 13500 Byars Rd, Grandview, MO. This is a FREE event for kids ages 2-12 years old. Race against other participants to gather as many eggs as possible in hopes of finding the Special Egg! Special Egg is redeemed for an Easter Basket. Johnson County, KS:
- Easter Egg Dive: Blue Valley Activity Center April 6 from 9am-12pm at Blue Valley Activity Center, 6545 151st St, Overland Park, KS. Dive for special eggs to redeem for big prizes! All kids receive a treat bag stuffed with lots of goodies. Children under five years of age must be accompanied by a swimming adult. Choose from two sessions. 9:00A-10:15A or 10:45A-12:00P. - Spring Fling Egg Hunt: Country Club Christian April 7 from 12-2pm at Country Club Christian Church, 6101 Ward Pkwy, Kansas City, MO. Lunch, egg hunt, petting zoo and other fun activities for children.
Johnson County, KS:
- Egg Hunt and Glow Dance Party: Olathe YMCA April 12 from 7-9pm at Olathe YMCA, 21400 W 153rd Street, Olathe, KS. Ages 6-12 are invited to join the Olathe Family YMCA for a flashlight egg hunt and glow dance party. Cost is $3 per person.
Northland:
- Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt: Gladstone April 12 from 7-8:45pm at Gladstone Parks, Recreation & Cultural Arts, 6901 N Holmes St,, Gladstone, MO. Kids ages 7 and under are invited to bring their flashlights to Happy Rock Park to search for eggs after dark! The event will start at 7:00 p.m. with games and the Easter Egg Hunt will start once the sun has gone down. Registration costs $5 per child.
Eastern Jackson County, MO:
- Flashlight Egg Hunt: Blue Springs April 12 from 8-9pm at Hidden Valley Park, 6500 NW Valley View Road, Blue Springs, MO. $5/person. Find thousands of eggs with your flashlight. Fee includes a bag of candy, snack, drink and eggs that are filled with candy and coupons to local businesses. Age Requirement: 6-12. Registration Deadline: April 5th
Wyandotte County, KS:
Teen Egg Hunt: Bonner Springs April 12 from 7-8pm at Lion's Park, 300 West Morse Avenue, Bonner Springs, MO. FreeTeen Egg Hunt for Ages 11-15. This celebration will include music, games and races followed by a glow-in-the-dark egg hunt shortly following the sunset. Be sure to bring a flashlight and bag with you. Not only will you find candy but many prizes and giveaways can be found hidden in the Easter Eggs.

- Family Egg Hunt at Macken Park April 13 from 10-11am at Macken Park, Howell St & Clark Ferguson Dr, Kansas City, MO. Designed for birth-fifth grade, plenty of activity stations, treats and a good old’ fashioned Egg Hunt separated by age groups. Activities and snacks for all families birth-5th grade from 10-10:30 a.m. At 10:30 we’ll begin our classic egg hunt.
- Easter Egg Hunt: Tower View Baptist Church April 13 from Noon-1pm at Tower View Baptist Church, 7301 NE 50th St,, Kansas City, MO. A free hot dog lunch will begin at 12:00PM in our main building. The Gladstone Police and Fire Depts. are bringing vehicles for the kids to explore, and there will be crafts, balloon twisting, cookies, and our annual Easter egg hunt with the Easter Bunny himself! - Olathe Family YMCA Egg Hunt April 13 from 8:30-9:45am at Olathe YMCA, 21400 W 153rd Street, Olathe, KS. Ages 5 and under are invited for an egg hunt, craft and healthy snack. Cost is $2 per child.
- Faith Chapel’s Easter Eggstravaganza April 13 from 9am-1pm at Faith Chapel, 15000 Newton Drive, Overland Park, KS. FREE Easter Eggstravaganza with games, face painting, prizes, and egg hunts, and DJ the Balloon Man! This fun event is for kids aged 1-12 (and their families, of course!). Egg hunt times: Ages 1-4 10:30, ages 5-8 11:00 and ages 9-12 at 11:30.
- Paul Henson Family YMCA Easter Egg Hunt April 13 from 9:30-10:30am at Paul Henson YMCA, 4200 W 79th Street, Prairie Village, KS. Ages 1-10 are invited for an Easter egg hunt and craft. The event is free and open to the community.
- Easter Egg Hunt: Cornerstone Presbyterian Church April 13 from 11am-1:30pm at Cornerstone Presbyterian Church, 13300 Kenneth Rd, Leawood, KS. Fun filled time hunting for candy filled eggs, bouncing in bounce houses, petting live animals and eating yummy food!
- Underwater Easter Egg Hunt: Lenexa April 13 from 12-2pm at Lenexa Rec Center, 17201 W. 87th St. Pkwy, Lenexa, KS. Kids in swimsuits will scramble to gather over 3,000 Easter eggs spread throughout the Rec Center indoor pool! The variety of candy and prizes will be sure to satisfy even the youngest hunter. Participants will be divided into age groups 0-4, 5-8 and 9-12. Must be accompanied by an adult (age 14+) dressed to swim. Event cost is $5 for Rec Center members or $7 for non-members.
- Easter Egg Hunt: Westside Family Church April 13 from 9:30-11:30am at Westside Family Church, 3001 N 115th St, Kansas City, KS. Scavenger hunt for Easter eggs. There will be three different age groups with staggered start times for each. Prize baskets for whoever finds the golden eggs!
- Easter Egg Dive: Church of the Resurrection Leawood April 13 from 10am-Noon at Kids COR , 5001 W 137th St, Leawood, KS. Egg hunt, magic shows, Easter Bunny, petting zoo, photo booths, scavenger hunts and much more! If you register for this event you’ll also be entered to win some fabulous family prize packages! Collecting new pairs of socks for our Mission ministry!
- Doggie Egg Hunt April 13 from 9-10:30am at Prairie Center Park, 555 N Olathe View Rd, Olathe, KS. Fee $12/$10 Olathe Resident. Come bring Fido and their leash to hunt treat filled eggs in Prairie Center Park. Get your photo taken with Joey the Bunny, see your local pet vendors, win prizes and meet Olathe’s Dog Heroes. Pre-registration is required. Each dog must be registered separately and up to date on shots. A portion of the Proceeds will be donated to the Olathe Animal Shelter. The hunt is for dogs only. Humans are free! Check in starts at 9 the hunt starts at 9:30am.
- Brunch with the Bunny April 13 from 10-11:30am at Irene B. French Community Center, 5701 Merriam Dr., Merriam, KS. $5 person/ Early Bird special until April 8 $6 person April 9-12. Wear your Easter best, bring your basket and come visit with the Easter Bunny. No crowds, just lots of fun, games, a craft, face painting, story time with Johnson County Library and yes an EGG HUNT!
- Breakfast with the Bunny April 13 from 8-11am at Roeland Park Community Center, 4850 Rosewood Dr., Roeland Park, KS. Everyone’s invited to fill up on all-you-can-eat Chris Cakes pancakes and sausage. Hop outside for pictures with the Easter Bunny. Egg hunt starts at 10 am sharp! Breakfast is just $7 per person in advance or $8 day of program . Egg hunt entry is free.

- Raymore’s Annual Easter Festival April 20 from 9:45-11am at Memorial Park, 400 S Park Ln, Raymore, MO. Children 4th grade and under can bring their own basket to hunt 15,000 Easter eggs at this free event!
Eastern Jackson County, MO:
- Downtown Bunny Hop: Lee's Summit April 20 from 10am-Noon at Downtown Lee's Summit,3rd and Main, Lee's Summit, MO. Join the Easter Bunny for a parade down 3rd Street and the Bunny Ears and Easter Hat Contest at this year’s Downtown Bunny Hop. Children and families can line up at City Hall Plaza starting at 9: 45AM . They will then parade West on 3rd Street to Howard Station Park where the Bunny Ears and Easter Hat Contest will take place. Judges will award prizes to their favorite Bunny Ears and Easter Hats! The Easter Bunny will be available for pictures with children until Noon in Howard Station Park, so make sure to bring your camera! Downtown businesses will also participate by handing out candy to children after the parade, so bring an Easter basket for the kiddos.
- Harry's Hop 'n Hunt April 20 from 10am-Noon at Harry S. Truman Library and Museum, 500 West U.S. Highway 24, Independence, MO. Celebrate Easter with the beloved Harry's Hop 'n Hunt event, where the White House Egg Roll comes to the Heartland in a free day of family fun. Egg roll, several egg hunts, story times with famous faces from around town (2018's event featured Patrick Mahomes and Frank White, Jr.), live music and more--all free for the whole family! Plus, an opportunity to meet the Easter Bunny himself!

- Easter Egg Hunt: Jackson County Sheriff's Office April 20 from 10-11:30am at The Grove Park , 1500 Benton, Kansas City, MO. Over 20,000 eggs filled with sweet treats and surprises will be placed throughout Grove Park. Our newest recruit, Deputy Bunny, will also be making a special appearance! Grab your basket and meet us there!
- Easter Egg Hunt : Oakwood Baptist Church April 20 from 10-11am at Oakwood Baptist Church, 7600 Lees Summit Rd, Kansas City. 10:00 am to 11:00 am. - Easter Egg Hunt & Parade: Raytown April 20 from 11am-1:30pm at Greenspace, 63rd & Raytown Road, Raytown, MO. The 9th Annual Egg Eggstravaganza will be held on the Greenspace on April 20. The Easter Parade starts at 11 and the egg hunt starts at 1 for ages 0-12.
Johnson County, KS:
- Easter: 1860s Style at Mahaffie April 20 from 10am-4pm at Mahaffie Stagecoach Stop & Farm, 1200 E. Kansas City Road, Olathe, KS. Discover how this religious festival became a celebration for everyone. Activities may include: Try a hot cross bun baked on the cookstove. Learn about Oschter Haws, the original Easter Bunny. Visit the blacksmith. Visit the Mahaffie House. Take a stagecoach. All activities are included with admission: $7/adults, $5/children ages 5-11, children 4 and under are free. Olathe residents receive $2 off admission. Prior to the middle of the 19th century, the celebration of Easter as a formal holiday was generally limited to Catholic, Lutheran, Moravian and Episcopalian denominations who had strong liturgical traditions. - Easter Egg Hunt with Easter Bunny Toddler Time April 20 from 8-10am at Sky Zone Kansas City, 6495 Quivira Rd, Shawnee, KS. Bring your little ones to meet the Easter Bunny and hunt for Easter Eggs. The Easter Egg Hunt will be at the beginning of Toddler Time in our dodgeball courts. Children and Parents can enjoy our Coloring Station, Easter Craft Station, Tattoo Station, and take as many photos with the Easter Bunny! We ask that jumpers bring a basket as there will be limited eggs available. For faster check-in, we recommend arriving early and filling out waivers online before the event if you are new to our park. Toddler Time is a great shared experience for child and parent. A time for your little ones to discover the joy of being active, bouncing under the supervision of their parents, and without interference from the big kids. Toddler Time entry is $12.99 and one parent plays free; $5.99 for an additional parent to play on the trampolines. Parents and Grandparents are always welcome to watch (it’s free!). Sky Socks sold separately. Ages 7 and under - if they can walk they can jump!
- Egg Hunt: Shawnee Indian Mission April 20 from 9:30am-Noon at Shawnee Indian Mission Museum, 3403 W 53rd St, Fairway, KS. ring your children and their baskets for a fun morning at the Mission. We will have three separate areas for children to pick up eggs through the Mission grounds. Each age group will have their own specific egg hunt area. - Community Easter Egg Scramble: Westwood April 20 from 3-4pm at Dennis Park , 50th & Rainbow, Westwood, KS. Grab your baskets and join us in Dennis Park (50th and Rainbow) for Westwood’s annual Easter Egg Scramble! This event will start at 3 pm sharp.
- Easter Egg Hunt : Church of the Resurrection West April 20 from 3:30-4:45pm at Church of the Resurrection, 24000 W Valley Pkwy, Olathe, KS. It’s an egg hunt event adventure for families and kids of all ages - from toddlers to high schoolers! Come early or stay after for the first Easter Worship Services at 2 and 5pm. - Easter Egg Hunt : Monticello United Methodist Church April 20 from 9:30-11am at Monticello United Methodist Church, 23860 W 75th St, Shawnee, KS. Join us in the Sanctuary at 9:30 a.m. for a short introduction, followed by a visit with the Easter Bunny, Craft Time, and the Easter Egg Hunt. No registration is necessary and this event is FREE! Only peanut-free candy is stuffed in the eggs.
Louisburg, KS:

Annual Easter Egg Hunt will take place on our Family Farm, the west end of the property. This event is FREE to attend and participate! Lawrence, KS:
- Easter Egg Roll with Dole April 20 from 10am-Noon at Dole Institute of Politics, 2350 Petefish Dr, Lawrence, KS. Enjoy a free morning of family fun, including a White House-style egg roll race, egg hunt, games, coloring and more. The event is free and open to the public and will go on rain or shine. All children receive a special gift when departing the event, including candy from the egg hunt. Activities include an egg roll, egg hunt, live bunnies, story time and crafts with the Lawrence Public Library, an Easter-themed photo area and refreshments.
- Underwater Eggstravaganza: Lawrence April 20 from Noon -1pm at Indoor Aquatics Center, 4706 Overland Dr, Lawrence, KS. The fun starts at noon with springtime crafts for the kids as we fill the pool with plastic eggs. We are pretty sure the Easter Bunny is planning to stop by with goody bags again this year, so he can say hi to all the boys and girls. At 12:30pm SHARP keep your eyes open for the special golden eggs! After the hunt, everyone is welcome to stay and swim for an afternoon of family fun. Pre-registration is required by Wednesday prior to the event to secure crafts; may pay fee the day of to participate in egg hunt and swimming only.
- Egg Hunt Extravaganza: Lawrence April 20 from 1-3pm at South Park, 1141 Massachusetts St, Lawrence, KS. Children 3 years-old -12 years-old are eligible to participate in free egg hunt. Each participant is allowed to collect a total of five different colored eggs. There will be additional activities for children to participate in before and after the hunt.

- Egg Hunt: Riverside April 20 from 10-11am at EH Young Park, 1001 Argosy Pkwy, Riverside, MO. FREE Easter Egg hunt and pictures with the Easter Bunny! Bring your Easter basket/bag and collect those eggs!
- Easter Egg Hunt : Chandler Baptist Church April 20 from 10am-Noon at Chandler Baptist Church, 11401 NE State Route 33, Liberty, MO. Kites and bubbles will be provided, or you can bring your own. There will be kite-flying and hamburgers/hot dogs after the egg hunt.
- Easter Egg Hunt: Parkville April 20 from 10-11am at Park University Athletics, 6th & East, Parkville, MO. Gather at the Park University athletic fields, near the intersection of Route 9 and 6th Street. There will be games, crafts, storytelling, and--of course--plenty of Easter eggs with good things for the kids! Separate hunts for bigger and littler kids.
Wyandotte County, KS:
- Easter Egg Hunt: Bonner Springs April 20 from 9-10am at North Park, 1200 South 134th Street, Bonner Springs, KS. Come out and take photos with the Easter Bunny, play games, and bounce around in the inflatables before the Egg Hunt. There are four age divisions and the start times for each age group are listed below: 4 and Under: 9:35 am. 5 and 6: 9:40 am. 7 and 8: 9:45 am. 9 and 10: 9:50 am.
- Dog Bone Hunt April 20 from 11am-Noon at K9 & Me Park, 221 Pratt Avenue, Bonner Springs, KS. 3rd annual Easter Dog Bone Hunt will be guaranteed to be a fun time for you and your pup!
