Winter Fun in Kansas City
Making Snow Ice Cream!

A favorite childhood memory is making snow ice cream! Try one of these fun recipes with your kids:
Recipe #1: 8 c. snow, 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk, 1 tsp. Vanilla
Recipe #2: 8 c. snow, 1 c. milk, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Recipe #3: 8 c. snow, 1/2 c. half and half, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Make It: Stir all ingredients together until consistency of homemade ice cream.
Enjoy It: Eat plain or with toppings.
We made Recipe #1 and the kids give it two thumbs up!
