The Atkins-Johnson Farm and Museum is proud to announce the third annual Pickin' on the Front Porch Bluegrass concert featuring the return of The Hunt Family Band on Saturday, September 21. This free two-hour live performance begins at 7:00 p.m. on the front yard of the historic Atkins-Johnson Farmhouse. Founded in 2004, The Hunt Family Band is a product of one unique family pooling their individual talents and love of music to create a four-piece Bluegrass band with a fresh, tight sound that has delighted audiences for over 13 years. Together, The Hunt Family Band has performed at hundreds of festivals, churches, private events and concerts including Silver Dollar City's Bluegrass and BBQ Festival (Brandson, MO), The Oklahoma International Bluegrass Festival (Guthrie, OK), and The Old Town Temecula Bluegrass Festival (Temecula, CA). This event is free and open to the public.
