Yoga Under the Sea

Join SEA LIFE Kansas City and CityShape Fitness for a yoga experience under the waves! Dive into the ultimate yoga class, where you can choose what creature you want to strike a yoga pose next to. Using Quiet Event headphones, follow a CityShape Fitness instructor at a spot of your choice inside of the aquarium allowing for the ultimate relaxation experience. The class is a gentle flow for ALL levels.

Event includes:

• 45 minute yoga session led by a professional CityShape yoga instructor inside SEA LIFE Aquarium
• "Sip & Stretch" coffee samples provide by The Roasterie
• One headphone rental per participant for remote yoga instruction

Event Schedule:

• 8:00-8:30am: Event check-in & "Sip & Stretch" coffee samples provided by The Roasterie
• 8:45-9:30am: Yoga session led by a CityShape Fitness Instructor
• 9:30-10:00am: Aquarium exploration
