Because at Andretti Indoor Karting & Games, they’re not merely building state-of-the-art entertainment destinations. They’re building a legacy. From the moment you step inside, you can feel it. See, from those behind the wheel (Mario, John, Michael, Aldo, Jarett, Jeff, Adam, and Marco) who had the vision, to the local team driving it to success, everyone is focused on making your experience unbeatable.
At the Starting Line, purchase your package for races, attractions, and the thrilling arcade. The most difficult task of your visit will be choosing from the revolutionary features. Draw your gaze up from the game floor to spot a full-sensory VR experience on the Hyperdeck that incorporates fans and a moving platform. Laser tag is at the next level–literally, as the course is two-stories, and state-of-the-art AR bowling lanes that make every roll something to behold before the pins ever fall. All this, more, and, of course, your track time.
You’ll receive your safety briefing and helmet at Karting. Racers are instructed to grab a head sock (a hygienic liner) and watch a short instructional film before a track marshal secures the chin strap of your helmet and guides you to your track. One track is dedicated to children; the other is for adults.
Indoor karting is a no-contact sport. There’s no bumping or edging out. Racers are competing with their own time on a leaderboard–not when the green flag drops. Allow speedier drivers to pass you by and watch the lights along the rails as track marshals may change the lights to communicate. For example, yellow lights signal drivers to take their foot off the gas if an accident or spin-out has occurred.
All play and no fuel can make you drag. Take a pit stop at the grill and treat your family to one of the “Shareables” off the menu or create your own pizza before gearing up for the next attraction.
Plan your first visit this Thursday, November 20th, 5 – 8, to celebrate Community Day as Andretti will donate 10% of entertainment proceeds to Hillcrest Transitional Housing. You’ll enjoy giveaways and high-speed fun. Discounts are available for this special event to military personnel and veterans, first responders, nurses, and teachers (with valid ID).
KC Parent Pro Tip: A win for the community could mean a win for you. Donate a nonperishable food item for the Hillcrest food drive, and you’ll gain more chances at taking home prizes.
Since the days are shorter, get your fun faster at Andretti!
