There are so many places to trick-or-treat and enjoy Halloween across Kansas City, families enjoy a variety of events. From Trunk-Or-Treats at local churches to special festivals and fairs, this is your guide to Halloween in Kansas City.

Halloween Fun at the Zoo Kansas City Zoo, 6800 Zoo Dr., Kansas City, MO. 

The Great Pumpkin Fest thru Halloween Weekend at Worlds of Fun, 4545 Worlds of Fun Ave, Kansas City, MO. This family-friendly event is all treats and no tricks and features special Halloween-themed activities for kids plus PEANUTS-themed rides and attractions in Planet Snoopy! Kids can wear their costumes and trick-or-treat with Snoopy and the PEANUTS gang inside Planet Snoopy. You never know which PEANUTS character will be nearby to join the fun with their own festive Halloween costumes! Enjoy these attractions and more:

Halloween Fun at the Library Mid-Continent Public Libraries are hosting a variety of Halloween events all month long. Register online for these FREE programs.

Halloween Shows

HALLOWEEN IN BOO TOWN Oct. 13 (11am & 2pm shows) Oct. 19 (7pm show) & Oct. 20 (11am and 2pm shows) at Puppetry Arts Institute, 11025 E. Winner Rd., Independence, MO. Performed by Kraig Kensinger, puppeteer. Goblins, creatures, and ghosts take the stage. Meet the residents of BOO Town for their annual variety show spook-tacular. Have a hoot with a mash-up of silly songs, creepy tales, and puppet pretend. Tickets are $6 per person, and available at the door, but reservations are requested, as seating is limited. Boo-Tastic Fun at Crown Center Oct. 27 & 28 at Crown Center, 2500 Grand, Kansas City, MO. Get ready for Halloween with some BOO-TASTIC FUN at Crown Center! Have your photo taken with the Wicked Queen from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, October 27 and 28. Enjoy puppet shows from StoneLion Puppet Theatre at noon and 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, October 27 and 28.

Halloween at Night.... Magical Walks through the Woods, Campouts and Nighttime Events

Zombie Attack is Back Weekends thru Halloween at Paradise Park, 1021 NE Colbern Road, Lee's Summit, MO. Paradise Park has been taken over by zombies, and they need your help! The adventure will begin as you take on the role as a soldier. They have found a few of the zombies’ secret hiding places, and will lead you throughout these infected spaces to help battle the creatures. The Paradise Park team will equip you with laser tag weapons to stop the creepy zombies. Ride through the labyrinth of hayride paths to fight off even more zombies where they lurk. 

Into the Land of Oz Oct. 6 Performances leave every 15 minutes from 3:30-5:30 pm and from 6:00-8:30 pm. at Burr Oak Woods Nature Center, 1401 NW Park Rd, Blue Springs, MO.The forest is one of nature’s niches that is full of enchantment and wonder. Meet Dorothy and all your favorite Wizard of Oz characters out on the trail to learn about what a niche is and how plants or animals make each complete. Registration is required by calling 816.228.3766.

Whimsical Woods at Ernie Miller Park Oct. 6 from 1-4pm at Ernie Miller Park, 909 N. K-7 Highway, Olathe, KS. $5 per person, $6 nonresident, including adults, in advance or $8 on site day of. Costumed storybook characters will delight and entertain audiences of all ages. Meet with the Good Fairy and Forest Friends. Live animals, stories, songs, and surprises will highlight childhood favorites. Reservations are required 913.826.2800.

Magic Woods Oct. 13 from 4-9pm at Lakeside Nature Center in Swope Park, 4701 E. Gregory Blvd., Kansas City, MO.  $5.00 per person. Children under 3 are free.  A safe, fun activity for the entire family. Walk our Nature Trail and listen to animal characters tell their stories. Enjoy this enchanted evening with fact painting, craft tables and tattoos. See actors from Coterie Theater &  Eric the Magician will mystify and amaze you. Eco-Elvis will teach you how to recycle.

Glow: A Jack O’ Lantern Festival Oct. 19 & 20 at Powell Gardens, 1609 N.W. U.S. Highway 50, Kingsville, MO. Experience this highly anticipated fall festival featuring hundreds of carved pumpkins and a variety of family-friendly activities! Walk a nearly mile-long pathway lit by light displays, jack-o-lanterns and fantastic pumpkin sculptures. Enjoy stops along the way including children’s activities, hayrides, a fire-pit, hospitality stations with wine, beer and nonalcoholic beverages, food vendors and a demo and display tent featuring master pumpkin carver Rudy Garcia and his fantastic creations.

Trick-or-Cache at Antioch Park Oct. 19, three sessions at Antioch Park, 6501 Antioch Road, Merriam, KS. Search for caches hidden around Antioch Park using Global Positioning Systems (GPS). GPS units, a tutorial, and meal are included during this modern day scavenger hunt. Please register by October 17.

Halloween Happening: HOWLoween Special Event Oct. 19 from 6-9pm at Anita B. Gorman Conservation Discovery Center, 4750 Troost Ave, Kansas City, MO.  Walk-in (all ages) Take a hike on the Wild Side Walk to get up close with some of Missouri’s nocturnal wildlife. Kids will have a howling good time exploring nature stations like Track or Treat, the Bone Yard, the Bat Cave and much more. 

33rd Annual Fairy Tale Forest Oct. 19 - 21 from 5:30-8pm at Martha Lafite Thompson Nature Sanctuary, 407 N. La Frenz Rd, Liberty, MO. Walk through a quarter-mile trail lit with over 100 jack-o-lanterns carved by local students. Meet fantastically fun native animal characters and a few goofy fairy tale folk who are more than willing to give away some treats and maybe a trick or two. Afterwards, go inside the Nature Center to meet real live animals, enjoy our educational exhibits, and make a cool “spooky” craft. Registration is not required. Fee: $8/person Members: $5/person Children under 2 are free $25 for a family pass. 

Enchanted Forest: Independence October 19, 20, 26 and 27 from 7-9pm at George Owens Nature Park, 1601 S. Speck Rd., Independence, MO. $3 / person at the gate. A non-scary, family oriented, Halloween event as storybook, fairy tale, and popular movie characters come to life.

5th Annual Halloween Campout Oct. 20-21 at Watkins Woolen Mill State Historic Site, 26600 Park Road North, Lawson, MO. Activities will include the spookiest campsite contest, a K-9 costume contest, campsite trick-or-treating (campers are encouraged to bring candy for trick-or-treaters) and more. All participants must be registered campers. Regular camping fees apply. Please call 877.422.6766 to reserve campsites. 

Historical Epitaphs at Union Cemetery Oct. 20 from 5-8pm at Union Cemetery, 227 E. 28th Terrace, Kansas City, MO. Voices from the past guided tour and theatrical event.

Haunted Kansas at Ernie Miller Park Oct. 20 from 6:30-8pm at Ernie Miller Park, 909 N. K-7 Highway, Olathe, KS. Admission charged. Characters from the past will share legends around the campfire. Expect a shiver down the spine and a mild case of goose bumps for those who dare enter the forest on this autumn evening. For more information, call 913.826.2800.

Pumpkins on Parade Oct. 20 from 4:30-9pm at Cave Spring Park, 8701 E Gregory Blvd, Raytown, MO. Stroll along trails aglow with hundreds of carved, lighted pumpkins. There will be lots of fun-filled activities for the kids and food vendors will be on site.

Haunted History Hayride Oct. 25 from 6-8pm at Oak Ridge Parklands at Shawnee Mission Park, 7460 Ogg Road, Shawnee Mission, KS. Recommended for ages 8 and up. $9 per person, $10 nonresidents. Hear ghost stories from the past to learn about the history of this region. Our storyteller will entertain hayride participants with spirited tales of long ago. Then, as dark shadows gather around, enjoy the fire with cider and marshmallows. 

Enchanted Forest: Lenexa Oct. 25 from 5:30-8:30pm at Sar-Ko-Par Trails Park, 87th Street Parkway and Lackman Road, Lenexa, KS. You can enjoy performances by puppets, musicians and singers along the trail around Rose’s Pond and fun photos in the photo booth. Stroll the seasonal displays, visit friendly characters and enjoy performances at your leisure. The Enchanted Forest is primarily an entertainment event - not a trick-or-treating event. However, there will be a limited supply of candy in the sponsor area.

Carved Festival Oct. 25 from 5-8pm at Crestwood Shops , 4415 Warwick Blvd., 55th and Brookside Blvd., Kansas City, MO. Celebrate fall with pumpkin-themed food, live music and artful pumpkins carved by Kansas City Art Institute students at Carved, a festive fall event at the Crestwood Shops. 

Prowl at the Park Oct. 27 from 5-8pm at Weston Bend State Park, 16600 Hwy. 45 North, Weston, MO. Spend some time enjoying a campfire and listen to staff tell some not-so-scary stories. Then, visit the spooky tobacco barn! There will be various stations inside so you can learn about mysterious creatures that crawl, slither and fly around at night. As soon as night falls, join the park naturalist for a sights and sounds of the night hike! 

Halloween-themed Festivals & Parties

Into The Night Fall Festival Oct. 12 from 5:30-8:30pm at The Historic Oxford Schoolhouse, Ironwoods Park, 147th and Mission Rd, Leawood, KS. $10.00 per carload. Activities will include a petting zoo, train rides, nature exhibits at the Prairie Oak Nature Center, crafts and games in the Historic Oxford Schoolyard, fortuneteller, face painter, balloon artist, and storytellers. Make S’mores at the campfire ring near the cabins.

Pony Express PumpkinFest Oct. 12-14 in St. Joseph, MO. This free family arts festival celebrates the fall harvest with live entertainment, a children’s costume parade, festival rides, games, storytelling, crafts and food. Enjoy the lighting of the “Great Pumpkin Mountain” on opening night.  

Howl-O-Ween at Waggin' Tale Park Oct. 13 from 1-2:30pm at Waggin’ Trail Dog Park,  NE 32nd and Swift, North Kansas City, MO. There will be vendors, treats, door prizes, and a costume contest. $5 donation before participating in the event! 

Kids Night Out Boo Bash: Belton Oct. 13 from 5:30-10pm at High Blue Wellness Center, 16400 N. Mullen Road, Belton, MO. It promises to be a fun-filled night of ghoulish games and crafts! There also will be pizza, swimming and more!! Call 816.348.7400, ext. 0 to register.

Boo at the View Oct. 19 from 6-8pm at The View, 13500 Byars Rd, Grandview, MO. The View transforms to a haunted house upstairs in the Grove and our gym is full of games and candy for the kiddos! Local businesses and organizations will be set up in the parking lot with decorated company vehicles, trunks, or booths handing out candy! The Haunted Grove will be $1 per person and is open to all ages, but is best suited for kids ages 6 and up. 

Halloween Happening Oct. 20 from 2-3:30pm at Merriam Marketplace, 5740 Merriam Dr., Merriam, KS. Celebrate Halloween early with a monster mash party in Merriam. Halloween fun will include: 9-hole mini golf course, quarterback blitz inflatable, games, costume contest and a special appearance by Shawnee Mission North Repertory Theatre.

Howl-O-Ween Grandview Oct. 20 from 10-11am at Tails & Trails Dog Park, 8005 E 139 St, Grandview, MO. Participate in a costume contest and best trick contest for your chance to win PAWSOME prizes!  All dogs and their humans are welcome to this free event.

Pumpkin Palooza Oct. 20 from 9am-1pm at The Sunflower House , 15440 W  65th Street, Shawnee, KS. Games, face painting, balloon artist, baked goods, live entertainment, beautifully hand painted pumpkins, crafts and more! 

Halloween Boo Bash Oct. 25 from 6-8pm at Celebration Park, 32501 W. 159th St., Gardner, KS. $2.00 per child age 2-12. Enjoy an evening of ghastly games, spooktacular activities, lots of candy, prizes, a hayrack ride along the park trails and much, much more!  Pumpkin decorating contest winners will be announced at 7:30 p.m. followed by a fire-eating performance.   Free pop and popcorn will be available while supplies last. Concessions will also be open for purchase of other goodies.  Wristbands will be sold in advance at City Hall from October 8 to October 25!

Spooky Swim Halloween Event Oct. 26 from 6-9pm at Sylvester Powell Community Center, 6200 Martway, Mission, KS. $3 Carnival ONLY - $5 Carnival and Swim. The pool is transformed into a haunted house with "blood red" water, "tunnel of doom" slide and a graveyard to boot. Carnival activities include costume contest, carnival games, inflatables and prizes. 

Halloween Kids Carnival Oct. 26 from 6-8pm at Hillcrest Community Center, 10401 Hillcrest Road, Kansas City, MO. Carnival games, Candy, & Prizes, Photo Booth, and more! 

70TH ANNUAL HALLOWEEN PARADE Oct. 27 from 10-11am at Independence Square, MO.  Halloween Parade around the historic square.

Ponies and Pumpkins Oct. 27 from 2-3pm at Little Blue Valley Park, E. 75th St. and Noland Rd., Kansas City, MO. Fun for the entire family, pony rides, wagon hayride, petting zoo, fall themed activities, food and more.

Boos, Barks & Badges Halloween Parade Oct. 27 from 9am-Noon at City Hall Plaza, 220 SE Green Street, Lee's Summit, MO. Families and their pets are invited to wear costumes and join in the costume contest at 9 a.m. followed by the parade at 10 a.m.. After the parade, children are welcome to trick-or-treat at participating Downtown businesses.

Haunted Swamp and Pumpkin Dive Oct. 27 from 6:30-8pm at The Olathe Community Center, 1205 E Kansas City Road, Olathe, KS. $15/ Non Res $10/Resident. You'll have a spooktacular time swimming in our Haunted Swamp. The fun starts at 6:30 with pumpkin decorating and lifeguard trick-or-treating then at 6:45 we will have a pumpkin dive followed by open swim in the swamp.

Healthy Halloween Spooktacular!  Oct. 27 from 9-11am at Roeland Park Community Center, 4850 Rosewood Dr., Roeland Park, KS. Start your family’s Halloween off with a healthy morning that will keep the kids energized throughout the busy day. Come in costume and visit the freaky photo booth, make creepy crafts, enter the haunted hallway, prepare a healthy snack, and show off on the dance floor to your favorite Halloween beats!  

Family Fun Night at C.W. Parker Carousel  Museum Oct. 27 from 5-7pm at C.W. Parker Carousel  Museum, 320 S. Esplanade, Leavenworth, KS. A $6 combo gets you a hotdog, chips or popcorn, drink, and a Dilly Bar courtesy of the Lansing Dairy Queen. There will be games and crafts with the evening ending by breaking a pinata.  Food items, crafts and game tickets purchased separately. Costumes are welcome. 

No Trick, Our Treat: Not Your Mummy's Halloween House Party Oct. 27 from 5-9pm at Lenexa Public Market, 8750 Penrose Ln., Lenexa, KS. Don’t play TRICKS, get your TREATS at our fun, family-friendly event featuring games, artists, candy, dancing and music from DJ SugEasy! Play Halloween party games to win free candy (while supplies last). Take a spooky pic in our Halloween Balloon Photo Booth. Visit our face painters, airbrush tattoo artist, and caricature artist (limited openings available for caricature artist, please arrive early to get your slot). Not Your Mummy's Halloween Dance Party! Costume contest winners announced, with prizes awarded for Cutest, Scariest, Most Creative, Outstanding Family/Group.

Spooky Springs 2018 Halloween BASH Oct. 27 from 5-8pm at Adams Pointe Golf Club, 1601 NE R D Mize Rd, Blue Springs, MO. Enjoy a SPOOKY HAYRIDE through the woods where you might see some creepy characters lurking about! Have some s’mores at a bonfire with hot drinks, games, face & paining and of course & trick or treat as you visit with costumed characters and more!  This year a hotdog and chip dinner will be & included for all the hungry little ghouls and goblins! 

Spookfest at Science City Oct. 27 from 5-8pm at Union Station Kansas City, 30 W Pershing Rd, Kansas City, MO. Admission is $6 - $8. You wont want to miss this spooktacular evening of family-friendly Halloween FUN featuring: Spooky Science Demos and Activities, Creepy Critters and Eerie Edibles, Spooktacular Science Stage Show, Costume Contest AND MORE!

Halloween Parade at Toddler Time Oct. 28 & 31 at Sky Zone (Lee's Summit & Shawnee). Wear your costume to jump at Sky Zone and MEET ALL your favorite Toddler Time characters like Paw Patrol, PJ Masks, Peppa and so many more! Take photos, show your costumes in the parade, and play with all your favorite characters! Toddler Time is a great shared experience for child and parent. A time for your little ones to discover the joy of being active, bouncing under the supervision of their parents, and without interference from the big kids. WEDNESDAYS 10AM - 12PM & SUNDAYS 9AM - 11AM. Toddler $12.99 and one adult free. Ages 7 and under - if they can walk they can jump!

Scary But Cute Cuddle Party Oct. 28 from 11 AM – 1 PM at Do Good Co. 1320 W. 39th St., Kansas City, MO. Your favorite cuddle party is back! Cuddle some scary, but CUTE puppies and kittens. Tickets are $40 and include bottomless mimosas, small bites, and ALL the spooky snuggles. All proceeds benefit KC Pet Project.

Garrison Ghoul House Oct. 30 from 6-9pm at Garrison Community Center , 1124 E 5th Street, Kansas City, MO. $1 per person. Bring your family out to our annual haunted house! Children are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes for this hair-raising event. Visitors will be sent home with chills down their spine and a goodie bag. 

Creepy Critters Oct. 30 from 3:30-4pm at Antioch Library, 8700 Shawnee Mission Pkwy, Merriam, KS. “Who! Who!” goes there? Halloween can be a little scary, but your preschoolers will catch on in a flash when their eyes behold a tarantula, toad and owl - the real animals behind the well-known Creepy Critters. 

Halloween Crafts

Halloween Mask Making with Brad Shaw Oct. 12 from 1-3pm at Oak Park Library, 9500 Bluejacket St, Overland Park, KS. Teaching artist Brad Shaw helps kids each create their own unique mask using papier-mache and paints. Your kids will work with Brad to create characters with their masks and put them together in a mini-play. 

Halloween Costume Help Oct. 18 from 5-7pm at Central Resource Library, 9875 W 87th St, Overland Park, KS. The Maker Spirit is all around this season. Bring your costumes-in-process and fabric/supplies specific to your project. We have several sewing machines, thread and other notions needed for simple sewing projects. Textile expert Whitney Manney and the MakerSpace crew are on hand to assist. Register online or call 913.826.4600.

Cupcakin Halloween Slime Bash Oct. 31 from 4-4:45pm at Cupcakin bakery, Oak Park Mall, 11185 W. 95, Overland Park, KS. Create spooky Halloween slime cost is $10 per child register by calling 913-599-2253.

Trunk or Treat: KCMO​ Oct. 26 at Collins-Cook Realty, 1440 NW Vivion Road, Kansas City, MO. Free and safe trick or treating event with Collins-Cook Realty. 

Fright Night Gladstone Oct. 26 at Oak Grove Park, Gladstone. Cost: $2 per child or 2 canned goods. Kids will get to “trick or treat” local vendors for candy, enjoy a snack, Spooky Story and participate in some fun activities.

Halloween Trunk Or Treat Oct. 26 from 6-7:30pm at Southeast Community Center Parking Lot, 4201 East 63rd St., Kansas City, MO. Decorate your car and pass out packaged goodies to all of our trunk or treaters! &  SECC membership is required to have a trunk display. Best Trunk Contest: winner will receive $25 gift certificate.

Spooky Fun in Neverland Oct. 27 from 11am-3pm at Macken Park, Howell St & Clark Ferguson Dr, North Kansas City, MO. Think of a wonderful thought. Any happy little thought? Cross swords with Captain Hook! Get your picture on the Jolly Roger! All it takes is faith, trust, and pixie dust. Inflatables, hayrides, balloon artists, face painting, concessions, Peter Pan and his lost boys all await you.

Pumpkin Palooza and Trunk 'r Treat: Belton Oct. 27 from 6-8pm at Memorial Park, 602 Maurer Parkway, Belton, MO. The event will offer FREE “treats,” music, games, hay ride, and more. Besides free fun for the family, the event also provides a great opportunity for local businesses and organizations to be part of the Trunk or Treat. 

Historical Hauntings Oct. 27 from 6-8:30pm at Shawnee Town 1929, 11600 Johnson Drive, Shawnee, KS.  $1/ ea. Shawnee Town's Historical Hauntings is a real scream for Halloween fans. The Optimist Club of Shawnee-Mission will be selling snacks at the “Ghoul Café” and there will be trick-or-treating, tractor drawn hayrides, Farmstead tours, an eyeball candy counting contest, opportunities for Halloween photos and costume contests with five separate categories and awesome prizes!

Trick or Treat OFF the Street Oct. 27 from 3-6pm at Mahaffie, 1200 E. Kansas City Road, Olathe, KS.  $3/ in advance, $4/ at the gate. Dress in your Halloween costume, collect candy, and experience 1860s fall living history activities! Horse drawn hay wagon ride, 30+ Candy Stations,1860s games, crafts, goat cart rides and more.

Trunk or Treat Oct. 27 from 3-5pm at Liberty Hospital, 2525 Glenn Hendren Drive, Liberty, MO. Come in costume for candy and prizes! Plus, we're featuring Liberty Parents as Teachers Big Truck Event! Fire trucks, tow truck, trash truck and much more! This event is FREE and open to our community!

Trick or Treat Main Street: Belton Oct. 27 at Historic Main Street District, Belton, MO. Trick or Treat at businesses on Main Street

Trick or Treat Blue Springs Oct. 27 at 10am Historic Main Street Blue Springs, MO. Downtown merchants as they open their doors for this annual holiday event! Other area community agencies & organizations will set-up tents and tables for children to trick-or-treat in a fun and safe environment! Activities include games and kid’s crafts. Come dressed in your favorite Halloween costume just for the fun of it! It’s free and no pre-registration is required. Just show-up!

Prowl-O-Ween Oct. 27 & 28 at Cedar Cove Feline Sanctuary, 3783 Highway K68, Louisburg, KS.  $9.00 admission fee. Trick-or-treat walk for kids, costumes encouraged!

Trail of Treats Oct. 27 from 4-6pm at Woods Chapel United Methodist Church, 4725 NE Lakewood Way, Lee's Summit, MO. Enjoy an evening of food, face painting, pumpkin decorating, carnival games, candy stations, & MORE! 

Kid Safe Halloween at Shoal Creek Oct. 27 from Noon to 3pm at Shoal Creek Living History Museum, 7000 NE Barry Rd, Kansas City, MO.  “Trick or treat” door to door throughout Shoal Creek village. Wear your favorite costume and bring your treat bag. 

Halloween Trick-or-Treating: Overland Park Oct. 27 from 2-4pm at Downtown Overland Park Partnership, 7935 Santa Fe, Overland Park, KS. Enjoy games and live music on the clock tower patio; hit the trail to collect candy from the Downtown businesses!

Trunk or Treat Oct. 28 from 1-3pm at FastKick Martial Arts, 106 S Forrest Ave , Liberty, MO. Stop by FastKick in costume for a safe and fun Trunk or Treat experience for the whole family. We'll have games, prizes, FREE board breaking, and lots of candy! This event is FREE and open to the whole community.

Trunk Or Treat at Unity Village Oct. 28 from 3-5pm at Unity Village, 1901 NW Blue Parkway, Unity Village, MO. This free and open community event drew hundreds of people last year featuring treats, games, hayrides, witches brew, a photo area, and of course, lots of candy. Plus, there will be fire trucks and special police officer guests. 

Trunk or Treat Oct. 28 from 4-7pm at St. Aidan’s Parking Lot, 14301 S. Black Bob Rd., Olathe, KS. Trunks will be decorated!

Neighborhood Trunk or Treat Oct. 28 from 4-6pm at St. John's UMC Parking Lot, 6900 Ward Parkway, Kansas City, MO. Costume contest 12 & under. Fun and safe trick-or-treating in our parking lot! Kid-friendly activities and games, costume contest, door prizes, free fall food! Activities will be held indoors in the event of inclement weather. 

Trunk-or-Treat Oct. 28 fom 4:30-6pm at Central United Methodist Church, 5144 Oak St., Kansas City, MO. Enjoy boo-tifully decorated trunks, frightfully fun games, and otherworldly snacks. Great for the entire family! Miniature pumpkins will be available for the first 80 kids.

OCTOBERFEST Oct. 28 from 6-8pm at Woods Chapel Church Blue Springs, 3609 SW State Route 7, Blue Springs. MO. Free BBQ - Hayrides - Pumpkin Patch - Pumpkin Painting - Candy Stations Costumes are welcome...but not required

Halloween Trick-or-Treat: Lawrence, KS Oct. 28 from 1-4pm at Prairie Park Nature Center, 2730 Harper St, Lawrence, KS. Trick-or-treat your way around Mary’s Lake and then eat some cookies and cider at the nature center. Cost is $3.

Lifebridge Trunk-or-Treat Galore Oct. 28 from 4-6pm at Lifebridge Church, 6601 Monticello Rd, Shawnee, KS. Come dressed for fun! We'll have bounce houses, a donut truck, animal rescue, pumpkin patch, games and more! 

Trunk or Treat Oct. 28 from 3:30-5pm at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 7740 Lackman, Lenexa, KS. Trunk or Treat, pumpkin painting, games, contests, music and more!  This annual tradition is a fun, safe way to celebrate Halloween. 

Brookside Trick or Treat Street Oct. 31 4-6pm at Brookside District, 63rd & Wornall, Kansas City, MO. Wear your costumes and trick or treat from business to business.

Trick or Treat Downtown Liberty Oct. 31 from 5-7pm at Historic Downtown Liberty, Liberty, MO. Enjoy Trick-or-Treating with downtown businesses.

Trick or Treat at Summit Fair Oct. 31 from 5-7pm at Summit Fair, Lee's Summit, MO. Enjoy a center-wide Trick or Treat event at Summit Fair! 

Trail of Treats Animal Tales Event Oct. 31 from 10:30-11:30am at Ernie Miller Park, 909 N. K-7 Highway, Olathe, KS. $4 per person, $5 nonresidents. Stroll the Bittersweet (stroller-friendly) Trail of Treats on Halloween in your costume! Visit stations where you will hear stories, meet an animal friend, listen to “spooky” animal sounds waterside, and get a treat! Parent must register with child. 

Trunk or Treat: First Baptist Church of Shawnee Oct. 31 from 5:30-7:30pm at First Baptist Church of Shawnee, 11400 Johnson Drive, Shawnee, KS. Come enjoy a fun and safe alternative to trick or treating.
