Supplies:

Directions:

  1. Color coffee filters, mixing colors to add a tie-dye effect.  You can also just use one color per coffee filter if you want!
  2. Place coffee filters onto a cookie sheet.  It won’t matter if they overlap a bit.  Spray lightly with the water bottle.  Allow to dry.
  3. You can choose to color and spray again with water if you would like darker colors.  We found the darker we colored, the better the colors looked once dry.
  4. While coffee filters are drying, draw a shamrock and then outline it, leaving space since this will become your outline on your final artwork.  Cut out.
  5. Tape the shamrock onto the coffee filter and then cut out the shamrock again.
  6. Hang and enjoy!  For more fun, hang in the windows or on a lamp for a cool night light!
