Dickinson Theatres Summer Vacation Movie Series: Let’s face it, you can’t go to the pool everyday this summer! Dickinson Theaters is offering their Summer Vacation Movie Series again with family friendly films all summer long at local theaters! $8 Season Tickets for admission to 8 SVMS shows or all 16 SVMS shows FOR ONLY $16! Enjoy films for $1 / ticket or $2/ at the box office (you may purchase season tickets at box offices). They also offer drink / candy/ popcorn combos for $4.50. Cinemark Theatres Merriam Summer Movie Clubhouse: Local Cinemark Locations. 1.800.FANDANGO. Purchase 10 Movies Passes for $5.00, or tickets can be purchased separately at the box office for $1.00 per show. $5 Series punch cards are limited and are now available only at the theatre box office while supplies last. Admission with a series punch card is limited to one person per card per movie, and valid only at the theatre where purchased. All films that have been selected are rated either G or PG. Regal Cinemas Summer Movie Express: The 2014 Summer Movie Express runs for 9 weeks with select titles playing on Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout the summer. Please see your local theatre for program start date. Admission to these films during the Summer Movie Express is only $1 and a portion of the proceeds goes to the Will Rogers Institute. FREE Movies at the Phoenix Movie Theater at Legends Shopping Center: FREE G & PG films at 10am every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday this summer. Mosaic Life Care's Friday film Fest at Mosaic Life Care at Shoal Creek (8870 NE 82nd Terrace Kansas City, MO). Grab your lawn chairs and blankets, and bring your kids to spend Friday evenings watching your favorite family films this June (June 6, 13, 27). The community is invited to help select which film will be shown each night by voting through Mosaic Life Care’s Facebook page, Facebook.com/MosaicLifeCare. The first movie will be The Wizard of Oz on June 6, but you can still vote for the next two! The movie will start at dusk after two hours of pre-show entertainment and healthy treats prepared by Mosaic Life Care’s chef. 7 p.m. - Pre-movie entertainment including Mad Science activities and a karate showcase. 7-9 p.m. - Healthy gourmet popcorn, BBQ, burgers and more available for purchase. 8:40 p.m. (or dusk) - Movie starts. FREE Movie in the Park: Grandview Grandview is hosting 2014 Summer Under the Stars! This is an event that covers both Movies in the Park and Concerts in the Park, all celebrated under the stars in wonderful Grandview! FREE City Market Cinema at City Market Park (Third & Main Kansas City , MO). 3rd Friday of June, July, and August from 9:00 pm until 11:00 pm.
