Our costume contest is epic, the trick or treating is top-notch, and all the dogs will make you smile!
The costume contest kicks off at 9:30, followed by a walking Halloween Parade from the new Green Street venue to Howard Station Park at 10 am. Then, trick-or-treating with event sponsors, local businesses, and 11 different stations from the Lee’s Summit Police Department.
