Join us for an exciting three-day swim intensive perfect for young athletes ages 6–14! Whether your swimmer is just beginning or looking to refine their technique, C26’s Spring Break Camps offer expert instruction in a fun, supportive environment.
Expert Coaching You Can Trust Coach Shawn and Coach Alexa bring elite-level experience working with swimmers at every stage, from beginners to competitive athletes. Their passion for swimming creates an infectious energy that motivates young swimmers to reach their potential.
Comprehensive Training Approach Each participant receives personalized instruction with customized cues to perfect their strokes, starts, and turns. Beyond pool work, age-appropriate dryland and strength training builds well-rounded, injury-resistant athletes prepared for long-term success.
Daily Focus Areas:
Day 1 (March 16): Freestyle & Backstroke – Master stroke rate, distance per stroke, pacing strategy, and efficient turns
Day 2 (March 17): Breaststroke & Butterfly – Develop tempo, perfect flags-to-wall approach, and nail crossover turns
Day 3 (March 18): Advanced Techniques – IM transitions, race simulations, and individualized technical refinements
Registration Details Each day is $35 and can be purchased individually or as a complete package. Camps run daily from Monday, March 16 through Wednesday, March 18.
