Hummingbird Festival

Celebrate the Ruby Throated Hummingbird as they prepare to migrate. Presentations and activities scheduled throughout the weekend that will intrigue any bird lover!

Thursday, September 3: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Friday, September 4: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. 
Saturday, September 5: 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Some activities taking place all festival long:

– Learn How To Attract Hummingbirds To Your Yard, every day of the festival @ 10:30 AM
– Understand Hummingbird Migration Patterns, every day of the festival @ 1 PM
– Build Your Own Hummingbird Perch, all day every day of the festival!
– Fun Hummingbird Game for Kids, all day every day of the festival!

Help us celebrate Missouri’s smallest bird before they head south for the winter! Thanks to the Parks Improvement Sales Tax, this is a free event to attend.
