Class Description
Calling all junior pizzaiolos (Italian for Pizza Chef)! In this hands-on class, kids will learn the art of crafting the perfect pizza from scratch. They’ll mix and knead dough, make pizza sauce from scratch, and choose from an array of colorful toppings. They will make a fresh Caesar Salad with Homemade Dressing as a side, and finish with the perfect Italian dessert- Tiramisu.
Kids will leave with new culinary skills, a full belly, take-home dough, and a passion for pizza-making. It’s a culinary adventure they won’t forget!
