MGGKC presents Spring Fling

Spring Fling 2026 will feature six demonstration stations, each with valuable information
for adult gardeners, plus fun educational activities for children.
• “Elevate your Gardening”-learn about raised beds and how to build your own
• “From Strained to Contained”-discover different types of containers and how to create a beautiful garden container
• “The Power of Mulch”-explore the different types of mulch
• “The Dirt on Soil”-dig into the types of soils and what works best for your gardening needs
• “Pollinator Party-Native Plants in Action”-become familiar with native plants and how they support pollinators
• “Test Don’t Guess”-find out why soil sampling is important, and learn how to do a soil test
