Military Appreciation Memorial Day Weekend

inspireU is proud to invite all active and reserve military personnel and their immediate family for a special weekend of play and free general admission* presented by Sprague Excavating Company, Inc from Friday, May 22 through Monday, May 25.

Military Appreciation Memorial Day Weekend Includes Daily Activities:

  • Free-with-Admission program: Design a Family Flag
  • Free-with-Admission program: HealthyU Bootcamp Basics
  • Tabletop Activity in Creation Station: Message to a Hero
  • Family Fun Program (paid event*): Memorial Stained-Glass Craft

The weekend will conclude with a special Monday open, May 25

inspireU Children’s Discovery Center, located at 521 Felix St. St. Joseph, MO 64501, is a 35,000 square foot facility, featuring over 20 core exhibits, a rooftop exploratorium, interactive play areas, and educational spaces for children ages birth to 10 and their families.

*Free admission up to four attendees per family and applies to general admission hours only. Free admission does not include admission to paid programs or events offered during the same time period.
