Neon Nature Walk

Experience the Neon Nature Walk at George Owens Nature Park in Independence, Missouri, where you’ll explore glowing moss, flowers, rocks, and even a scorpion using provided UV flashlights. This family‑friendly night walk features multiple stops along the accessible Butterfly trail so participants can discover natural elements that light up as the sun goes down. Kids can get creative with neon chalk and watch their artwork glow in the dark, adding an extra layer of fun for families in the KC metro area.
