Trees: Sap to Syrup

Registration required (ages 10+) Winter is full of wonder and processing tree sap into syrup is one of those wonders. This program will cover the basics of tree selection, collection, processing and equipment needed to turn that watery sap into delicious syrup. It will conclude with a short hike outdoors to check the sap collection. If accommodations are needed, please e-mail the instructor after registering and at least one week prior to the program.
