Maple Sugaring Workshop

Mahaffie Stagecoach Stop & Farm, Olathe
Discover how maple sugaring can be done in Kansas during this hands-on workshop. Participants will meet at the Heritage Center to check in, then travel to Olathe Memorial Cemetery to learn how to tap trees with Mahaffie site manager Tim Talbott. The group will return to the Mahaffie grounds to see how sap is processed into syrup. Recommended for ages 8 and up; a ticket is required for each participant.
