This Wednesday, Science City will celebrate Dog Days of Summer and it’s all about our four-legged friends! Guests will learn about different breeds of dogs around the world, see how animal brains differ from human brains and a special dog-themed story time for the earliest of learners. Special guests (both human and canine), will include representatives from Dog Training Elite and the Pet Resource Center of Kansas City.

Please note: Special guests will have dogs onsite but the public is not permitted to bring their own dogs.

Dog Days of Summer activities are included with generic Science City admission which is free year-round for Union Station members. Admission includes full, all-day access to Science City, including 300+ interactive and hands-on exhibits across 100,000 square feet of themed spaces leaving plenty of room to roam and explore! Internationally awarded and voted one of the top 25 Science Centers in the U.S., Science City is a family-favorite destination located in the heart of downtown Kansas City.
