Start your 2023 holiday season off with the Brookside Holiday Season Opener! The historic Brookside shops (63rd and Brookside Boulevard) are celebrating the start of the 2023 holiday season Thursday, November 9th through Sunday, November 12th with the 2023 Brookside Holiday Season Opener—a free, family-friendly event with holiday sales, pop-up events, food and drink specials, music and giveaways. Whether you're looking for early holiday specials, finding something for that hard to shop for person, looking for a great place to eat and grab a drink, take food to go, or just in a festive mood and exploring, the Holiday Season Opener has something for everyone!

The fun kicks off Thursday. Visit participating businesses and restaurants staring Thursday morning at 10 am and running through 7 pm (check individual businesses for hours) for specials and pop-ups at participating stores and restaurants. Then, from 5:30 to 6:30 pm Thursday, enjoy music on the Bank Midwest Plaza next to 6246 Brookside Plaza. Join us for a carol or two and then enjoy the tree lighting at 6 pm!

Thursday, Nov 10th:

• Live music from 5:30 to 6:30 pm
• Tree lighting at 6 pm

Friday and Saturday, Nov 11th and 12th

• 10 am to 6 pm
• Sunday, Nov 13th

Noon to 5 pm
