Brookside Holiday Season Opener, Nov 10-13, 2022

Start your 2022 holiday season off with the Brookside Holiday Season Opener! The historic Brookside shops (63rd and Brookside Boulevard) are celebrating the start of the 2022 holiday season Thursday, November 10th through Sunday, November 13th with the Brookside Holiday Season Opener—a free, family-friendly event with holiday sales, pop-up events, food and drink specials, music and giveaways. Whether you're looking for early holiday specials, finding something for that hard to shop for person, looking for a great place to eat and grab a drink, take food to go, or just in a festive mood and exploring, the Holiday Season Opener has something for everyone!

Holiday Season Opener hours (check individual businesses for store hours)

Thursday, Nov 10th - 10 am - 7 pm; live music 5:30 to 6:30 pm & tree lighting at 6 pm

Friday, Nov 11th – 10am - 6 pm

Saturday, Nov 12th – 10am - 6pm

Sunday, Nov 13th – noon – 5pm

Promotions kick-off Thursday. Visit participating businesses and restaurants staring Thursday morning at 10 am and running through 7 pm (check individual businesses for hours) for specials and pop-ups at participating stores and restaurants. Then, from 5:30 to 6:30 pm Thursday evening, enjoy live music from the Holiday Trombones quartet on the Bank Midwest Plaza next to 6246 Brookside Plaza. Join us a carol or two and then enjoy the tree lighting at 6 pm!

Can't make it Thursday? The deals keep coming Friday through Sunday! Participating businesses will be open Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm, and Sunday from noon to 5 pm. Watch for special and promotions soon. Meanwhile check individual businesses for hours and specials.
