DESCRIPTION:Ready for a prehistoric adventure? Bring your little paleontologists to Crown Center to experience this FREE\, interactive exhibit designed to spark curiosity and scientific thinking. \n* Touch dinosaurs of all shapes and sizes\n* Dig for fossils like a real paleontologist\n* Explore a swampy bog and an oozing volcano\n* Climb through icy terrain inspired by prehistoric environments \nBased on the Cretaceous period when dinosaurs last roamed the earth\, this exhibit builds on children’s innate curiosity about dinosaurs while promoting scientific thinking and learning. \nOpen Monday – Saturday\, 10am to 6pm; Sunday\, noon to 5pm. (Closed Easter Sunday\, April 5.) \nAdmission is FREE. Call 816-274-8444 for information. \nDinosaurs Land of Fire and Ice was created by Minnesota Children’s Museum.
