Celebration in the Park: Leawood NEW DATE

Due to overnight flooding in Leawood City Park, we have decided to cancel Celebration in the Park and all activities planned for the evening including the fireworks display.
We're still planning to light up the sky (weather permitting) tomorrow night! Our fireworks display will take place tomorrow, July 5th at 9:45pm. Parking will be allowed in the park until the lots fill. Please check our social media accounts and the City’s website for updates tomorrow.
The Leawood Aquatic Center is still open today from 11:30am - 6pm. Parking lots near the pool are now available for use, but at this time, access can only be made via 103rd street to Lee Boulevard. Shuttles to the park are no longer in service.
Leawoof Dog Park will remain closed for the day.
