A free performance showcasing the unique dance styles of Kansas City including fire hoop, West African, modern, and more! City in Motion Dance Theater, Inc. is proud to announce the 24th annual Dance in the Park alongside West Plaza, Volker, Roanoke, Coleman Highlands, and Valentine Neighbors! The concert will be presented on Saturday evening, September 9, 2023 in the tranquil setting of Roanoke Park in mid-town Kansas City, just off Karnes Blvd & Roanoke Rd. (Rain Date Sunday, September 10, same time)
This FREE show kicks off at 6:30 with the Youth Pre- Show and hula hoop dance demonstration class! The main show begins at 7 p.m. Bring a blanket, picnic, lawns chairs and the whole family!
