If you've always wanted to own your own food business, attend the Food Business Conference

Thinking about starting a food business or do you already operate one? Mid-Continent Public Library is hosting this free two-day event June 10-11 which will include workshops and a key note by A. Elizabeth Sloan, Ph.D., Contributing Editor of Food Technology. There will also be an introduction to the Mid-Continent Public Library Culinary Center opening this fall in the Northland that will include commercial kitchens available to rent.
