Fresh Fridays at City Market

City Market is introducing a new, summertime event series with something for everyone: FRESH FRIDAYS, 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. on the first Friday of every month beginning in May. Sip and shop while enjoying music, food, and fun each month. Admission is FREE, and all ages are welcome.

FRESH FRIDAYS will feature an open-air maker fair curated by The Strawberry Swing with all-local, juried participants. Makers, artists, and vendors interested in participating in The Strawberry Swing, please apply at www.thestrawberryswing.com

Each FRESH FRIDAY will present something special to make it truly fresh:

May 6: TROOSTIVAL (7:00 – 10:00 p.m.) – If you’re looking for the sound of KC, look no further. This local touring experience is a celebration of the diversity of black musical talent in KC. Also, celebrate the KC Streetcar’s 6th birthday.
