This session helps kids learn how to create amazing special effects in photography using chroma key (green screen) technology. They will learn how to replace the green background of their photo or video with fun places and objects that defy reality. Photographers and video producers use this technique to replace a green background with a more interesting background or activity. This workshop starts with a lesson on the science of green screen and then shows participants how to use an app to replace the green backgrounds of their photos. Interesting backgrounds are provided by digiSTORY KC on a Google Drive folder.
