The ninth annual Grin & Bear It 5K Run/Walk will once again be hosted at Cass Regional Medical Center on Saturday, September 22.

Time: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The Grin & Bear It Run is held in memory of Cara Jo Roberts. Proceeds from the event benefit the Patient Assistance Fund at Cass Regional.
