Shawnee Town's Historical Hauntings is a real scream for Halloween fans. Slither by on Saturday, October 26th from 6:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Come to the grounds of Shawnee Town, 11501 W. 57th, three blocks west of Nieman Road where all activities are free with a $1 suggested entrance donation to benefit Shawnee Town 1929 and open to the public.
The Optimist Club of Shawnee-Mission will be selling snacks at the “Ghoul Café” and there will be trick-or-treating, tractor drawn hayrides, Farmstead tours, an eyeball candy counting contest, opportunities for Halloween photos and costume contests with five separate categories and awesome prizes!
Parking and entrances at either end of Shawnee Town - at the Visitor's Center 11501 W. 57th St. and Town Hall at 11600 Johnson Drive.
