Our "HitTrax Home Run" Camp will be designed to help athletes with their hitting mechanics while focusing on bat speed, impact momentum and how to back-spin the baseball with the appropriate attack angle.

Camp Times:

915am to 345pm. (Drop off no earlier than 910am, Pick up no later than 350pm.)

Typical Agenda Day 1

915am - Welcome & Introduction

10am - Morning Training Session

12pm - Lunch

1pm - Afternoon Training Session

3pm - Gaming / Trading Cards / Movie

- Gear (No cleats)

- Plenty of water
