Join us for a special appearance of Juliette herself as she describes her childhood favorites and inspirations. She wanted girls to dream big! Juliette Gordon Low loved adventure and nature and thought girls should go camping! In 1912 this spirited woman introduced Girl Scouting to American girls. Celebrate 111 years of Girl Scouts with a salute to the founder with an original presentation honoring her life. Juliette’s dream was to build bridges of understanding to promote world peace and international friendship! Her heart’s desire was for girls to have opportunities to develop courage, confidence, and friendships. Join us for a special appearance of Juliette herself as she describes her childhood favorites and inspirations. All children must be accompanied by one adult chaperone per group of five. Advanced registration required. Program fee is nonrefundable. This event is $8 per person, including adults, or $9 for nonresidents. Reservations are required. For more information call 913-826-2800.
