Throughout the entire weekend, we’ll be inviting each Pitmaster on stage so they can showcase the top-secret, no-holds-barred recipes they use when they want to bring out the big guns. Keep your eyes peeled for these BBQ conversations and learn how they found the inspiration for these outlandish creations.

What’s a barbeque without great tunes? Our awesome lineup of musicians is ready to rock the Main Music Stage. So grab a slab and a cold one and get ready to make some noise.

Rib Rumble

Q fans and BBQ bosses, let’s get ready to rib ruuuuuuuumble! We know you’ll be bringing your appetite to Kansas City Q so here is your opportunity to bring home a title. Start working your jaw out now so you can get crowned at the Prairie Fresh Rib Rumble!

On Saturday at 1:00pm on the Music Stage, you can get the chance to compete against other BBQ badasses to see who can cram the most rib meat into their face hole in a 5-minute heat (by weight).

There will be 8 slots available for contestants, so make sure you arrive at the music stage early for a chance to be chosen.
