KC Philharmonia Season Finale Concert

Orchestral classics will highlight the Philharmonia of Greater Kansas City Season Finale concert on Sunday, May 6 at 4 pm at Grand Avenue Temple United Methodist Church, 205 E. 9thin downtown Kansas City. Under the baton of conductor Raffaele Cipriano, the orchestra will perform such favorites as Mozart’s “The Magic Flute” Overture, Smetana’s “The Moldau (Vltava)” and Schumann’s Symphony No. 1 (“The Spring.”) Doors open at 3:30 pm and refreshments will be served at intermission. Free parking is available in the Federal Building lot, bordered by 9thand McGee Streets.
