Kids Ukulele Class
Calling all kids ages 7 and under! Interested in trying out the ukulele? This is the class for you! Kids will enjoy a beginner’s tutorial on tuning, strumming, and even a little history about this very popular instrument of the 1920s. Instruments are provided! All kids will get to take home a handful of easy chords and a number of familiar songs. Class will be held in one of the historic buildings.
Tickets are $10.00 and space is limited, please visit the link below to reserve a seat. The class is designed for ages 7 and under. A parent/guardian must be present at all times (adults do not need a ticket). Class begins promptly on July 15 at 11:00 am in one of the historic buildings, so please check in early at the Shawnee Town Visitor Center at 11501 W 57th Street, Shawnee, KS 66203.
