The Learning Tree Kids' Flea Market - in Parking Lot

The Corinth Square 70th Anniversary celebration also coincides with the much-anticipated Learning Tree Kids’ Flea Market, a local tradition that brings 70 families together for a vibrant open-air market experience. The Learning Tree, located at 4004 W. 83rd St., Prairie Village, KS 66208, is hosting their 15th Annual Kids’ Flea Market at 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, on Saturday, May 24, 2025. The set-up time begins at 9:15 am. The Kids’ Flea Market, (70 spaces), provides youth with an opportunity to run their own business and become their own boss, clean out their toys and items and make some money or put a little something away for a rainy day.

There is a $10.00 fee to participate and includes one reserved spot, approximately 6’ x 6’ space. The Flea Market ticket becomes a $5 coupon to be used to purchase an item at the Learning Tree. Space is limited and will be allocated on a first-paid basis. Rain or shine – the sale will go on. Please call the Learning Tree at (913) 385-1234 to make a reservation for your space for the Kid’s Flea Market. Reservations are non-refundable.

“We are excited to host the 15th Annual Learning Tree Kids Flea Market to promote an educational play opportunity for our youth and loyal customers and also support Operation Breakthrough, a Kansas City children’s organization whose mission is to inspire, protect and enrich the lives of children,” remarked Brett Goodwin, Co-Owner, The Learning Tree.

The family friendly event provides an opportunity for kids to run their own business and do a little spring-cleaning and provides a special place to sell their outgrown and gently used toys,

The Kid Vendors will vote for the “BEST” booth and the lucky winner will get an insider's tour of the Learning Tree and a $25 gift certificate for a Learning Tree in-store purchase.

BRINGS - Everything you will need for The Learning Tree Kids’ Flea Market.

· Tables & Chairs

· Cash box with small bills and change to make a sale.

· Markers, supplies, and posters promoting your space to attract customers.

· Clearly price all items for sale.

· All items must be in good condition and complete.

· Bring water, hats, sunscreen to be comfortable from set-up to teardown.

· A truck will be on site to recycle items to donate items to Operation Breakthrough.
