A fabulously fun award-winning musical based on the adored movie, Legally Blonde The Musical, follows the transformation of Elle Woods as she tackles stereotypes and scandal in pursuit of her dreams. Action-packed and exploding with memorable songs and dynamic dances – this musical is so much fun, it should be illegal!
Elle Woods appears to have it all. Her life is turned upside down when her boyfriend Warner dumps her so he can attend Harvard Law. Determined to get him back, Elle ingeniously charms her way into the prestigious law school. While there, she struggles with peers, professors and her ex. With the support of some new friends, though, Elle quickly realizes her potential and sets out to prove herself to the world.

is located in one of The City of Gladstone’s premier parks, Oak Grove Park, at the corner of NE 76th Street and N Troost (64118).
Here are answers to FAQ’s for your visit to GTIP:
Directions
- PARKING: Parking is FREE! The entrance is located on Troost just north of 76th Street. Handicapped parking is available. You will be directed by the parking attendant. There are also a limited number of head in parking spaces on Troost.
- SEATING: You provide your own chairs and blankets. Press SEATING for the hours and rules for saving spots.
- HOURS: The show begins at 8:30pm, but you may come as early as you like. Bring a picnic and enjoy the atmosphere (alcohol prohibited).
- CONCESSIONS: Food and drink is for sale from the Gladstone Rotary in the brand new permanent concessions and restroom facility next to Oak Park High School’s football field.
- RESTROOMS: There are permanent restroom facilities on both sides of the park.
- HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! GTIP is proud to be one of the only free community theatre programs. We do appreciate any donations that you make. Look for people with buckets and throw in a few dollars and get a sticker. It is costly to put on these performances so any help you can give is most welcome!
