9 a.m. to noon: Spinach cooking demonstration (Grand Pavilion)
11 a.m.: World’s Largest Spinach Salad served (Lenexa Historical Society at Food Court)
12:30 to 1:30 p.m.: Spinach Recipe Contest entries due (Lions Memorial Shelter)
2 p.m.: Spinach Recipe Contest judging (Lions Memorial Shelter)
