Low Sensory Morning
Transportation is our theme for July! Let's plan a road trip and explore the Photography exhibition, Signs: Photographs by Jim Dow. Design your own paper car at the FunSpot and experiment with mark-making in the Art Studio during Low Sensory Morning!
We invite participants into the museum an hour before we open to the public in order to provide a quiet and low-stimulating environment where you can enjoy hands-on artmaking activities and art in the galleries. Visual resources, hand fidgets, a low sensory break room and other accommodations will be provided. This is an activity for all ages on the autism spectrum or people who have sensory sensitivities.
Gallery and artmaking activities and themes will change in September.
*Please use Bloch Lobby & Bloch Plaza Entrances
Parking in the museum garage is $12. Museum members park FREE.
