Raytown's Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony Dec. 2

For more than a decade, the tree lighting g ceremony has become an annual tradition in Raytown. Many downtown businesses, area schools and more will participate to kick off the holiday season. Holiday music will be provided by Raytown Elementary Choir, Raytown South High School Cardinal Chorale and Raytown High School Camerata.

Other activities include an appearance by Santa who will flip the switch.

Raytown Water will provide hayrides, a winter wonderland with cookies and cider. Santa will distribute gifts to the first 150 children.
