National Doughnut Day
Did you know doughnuts were made by The Salvation Army in World War I to help boost morale? Celebrate National Doughnut Day with your favorite sweet-treats as we commemorate the contributions of The Salvation Army “Lassies” and all those who supported our troops overseas during the war. “Dough-not” miss your chance to enjoy Krispy Kreme doughnuts beginning at 10 a.m. at the Museum and Memorial’s Main Entrance (while supplies last).
