Parked- Food Trucks, Fireworks, Music, & Fun!

Shawnee Parks & Recreation is excited to kick of National Parks & Recreation month with PARKED! Join us at Stump Park for Food Trucks, RetroActive, Fireworks, bounce houses, and fun for the whole family! Bring your blankets and lawn chairs, The band will be rocking all night until we close out with fireworks at 9:30pm!

Would you like to be a food truck vendor at our event? Submit your application by Friday, April 1st. You can find the application online at https://www.cityofshawnee.org/.../Special_Events/Parked .

Please keep in mind:

- Event parking is limited, so please consider carpooling, walking or bicycling.

- A shuttle service will be available to and from Mill Valley High School. The shuttle will run beginning at 5:30pm

- Most food trucks accept debit/credit cards, but cash is appreciated (and probably the fastest option).

- Picnic blankets and portable chairs are welcome and encouraged!

- Service dogs are allowed for those with disabilities. No other pets, please.

- Stump Park has limited restrooms, but portable toilets will also be available.

- No outside alcohol, please.

- Entry to the event is completely free and no tickets are required! Any food and drink purchases will be at your own expense, but feel free to enjoy the all the entertainment free of charge!
