Pets 2 the Rescue Virtual Running Race

Are you a runner missing out on your spring 5Ks? Sign up for the Pets 2 The Rescue virtual 5K or one-mile race and help Great Plains SPCA! 100% of your $10 registration fee goes to helping the animals! Start by registering on the Pets 2 the Rescue website. Then walk or run your “race” and upload your time. If you submit your time by June 1, you will be eligible to win door prizes! Step-by-step instructions:

1) Register here: https://pets2therescuemidwest.itsyourrace.com/register/

2) Be sure to choose Great Plains SPCA as your participating shelter when registering. You can donate beyond your registration fee if you choose.

3) iOS users should go to the app store and search for the "IYR Virtual" app.

4) In the app, search "Midwest." Choose the Pets 2 The Rescue Midwest race in St. Louis on 5/1. (You do not need to go to or be in St. Louis for this race! 😊)

5) When you are ready to run or walk your race, open the app, click on the Tracker tab and get moving!
