PI Day at Science City
to
Science City at Union Station 30 W. Pershing Rd., Kansas City, Missouri
Kansas City’s award winning Science City celebrates Pi Day (3.14) with special activites themed around the concept of Pi and the importance of mathematics. Visitors will be able to use Pi to determine just how big objects are, starting with a beach ball and all the way up to the planet Jupiter. Plus, guests will be invited to create art using the numbers of Pi. Both activities will take place at the Periodic Table inside of Science City.
Other activities -- with a focus on Forces of Nature -- are scheduled throughout the space as part of our normal monthly programming. Please visit ScienceCity.com for full schedule and details.
Science City features over 300 interactive exhibits and over 100,000 square feet of room to roam and explore. Internationally awarded and voted one of the top 25 Science Centers in the U.S., Science City is a family-favorite destination in the heart of downtown Kansas City.
