This modern-day scavenger hunt is a great way to spend time with the family out in your local park. Each group is loaned a GPS device and given instructions on how to find the caches hidden around Shawnee Mission Park. Receive a prize after finding the caches, then enjoy hot dogs and s`mores. Meet at Shelter #2 anytime between 5 and 6:30 pm to begin your geocaching adventure. This fun family event is $12 per person, $13 nonresidents and a 20% discount applied beginning with the third family member. Pre-registration required.
