The SantaCaliGon® Days Festival in Independence, Missouri, commemorates the origin of the Santa Fe, California, and Oregon Trails during the country’s great westward expansion by early pioneers. Today more than 250,000 attendees celebrate family & fun, with food, music, carnival mid-way, arts and crafts, dance, etc. that reflect today and yesterday, at the region's oldest and largest Labor Day Weekend festival. There’s no admission charge to festival grounds or for concerts.
