It is cooling down at the Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium for Arctic Sea Ice Day! A special ice delivery will be made to the Zoo for Nuniq the polar bear to enjoy on Saturday, July 13th while other animals around the Zoo will also be getting “cool” enrichment throughout the weekend. Hands-on activities will be available inside Polar Bear Passage including a blubber glove experiment for all ages! Activities will be available from 10 am-3 pm and are included in general admission. Nuniq will also receive a special toy delivery on Sunday to help celebrate the occasion!
