We’re disappointed to announce that due to extremely muddy conditions in the park and the threat of more weather in the forecast, the Overland Park Star Spangled Spectacular is canceled for Thursday, July 4.

But don’t worry, the fireworks will light up the sky on Friday, July 5 at 10 p.m.! Come to Corporate Woods Founders’ Park and find a spot to watch the Friday fireworks in safe areas like parking lots and paved paths, and avoid wet, potentially dangerous areas. The originally scheduled bands and food trucks will not be at the park on Friday. Thank you for understanding, and we look forward to celebrating with you then.
