Your participation at Strutt With Your Mutt 2018 will provide comprehensive care to nearly 6,000 homeless animals that come to Wayside Waifs this year. All funds raised stay right here in Kansas City to benefit the animals in our care.

From life-saving medical care, behavior training, safe shelter, nutritious food and love, Wayside has been committed to helping abandoned, abused and homeless pets get a second chance at life. You make that possible. Join us on September 16 to celebrate your furry best friends and those who are still waiting to be rescued.

• Event day registration opens at 7 a.m.
• 5K Race without dogs begins 8 a.m.
• 5K Race with dogs begins 8:30 a.m.
• 3K Walk begins 9 a.m.
• 5K Awards 9:10 a.m.
• Waif Alum photo 9:45 a.m.  
• Wayside Awards & Best Dog Costume 9:50 a.m.
• Kids Dash 10:00 a.m.
