Puppetry Arts Institute presents “Three Tales from Asia,” performed by Eulenspiegel Puppet Theatre, on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. & 1:30 p.m. at 11025 E Winner Road in Independence, Mo. A set of three tales from Korea, Japan and Turkey, these stories all feature atypical heroes. A favorite is the little old lady outsmarting two Onis (Japanese trolls) who imprison her in order to sample her delicious cooking. Admission is $5 per person (infants age 2 and under admitted free).
