Celebrate Veterans Day in Johnson County!
Johnson County Government invites families to participate in the 38th annual Veterans Day Observance. This year’s special focus will be the 80th anniversary of the GI Bill and how that legislation has helped generations of soldiers obtain education and training. Featuring patriotic music from the American Legion Band of Greater Kansas City and a rifle routine from the Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (JROTC) of Shawnee Mission North High School.
