Johnson County Library and Gardner Parks and Recreation would like to invite you to the Walk and Read Weekend Event at Celebration Park, Saturday, September 22 through Sunday, September 23. Two popular children's books will be posted for kids of all ages to enjoy while taking a stroll around the lake. This year's featured books are: Soon by Timothy Knapman and Explorers of the Wild by Cale Atkinson. We will be kicking off the event on Saturday, at 10:00 a.m. The stories will remain around the lake through Sunday evening.
